Library Research Toolkit Series: Stay Current with Research Using Database Alerts and Other Productivity Tools Online
This online workshop will introduce powerful database productivity tools -- such as search alerts, citation alerts, and journal alerts -- that help researchers stay up to date with the latest publications in their fields.
By the end of this workshop, students will be able to:
- Create personal research folders within various databases.
- Set up search alerts, journal alerts, and other productivity features to monitor new content.
- Configure citation alerts in the Web of Science database.
- Set up alerts in Google Scholar to track new research and citations.
