Writing Skills Series: Writing Paragraphs with Purpose In-Person / Online
In this workshop, student participants will strengthen their writing by reviewing the paragraph and its purpose. The session will focus on the following objectives:
- Teach and review how to structure paragraphs that clearly express main ideas and support arguments effectively,
- Guide readers through students’ writing with clarity and coherence, and
- Assist in developing students’ skills to create focused, organized paragraphs through exercises and examples.
Students will leave this workshop with additional tools to enhance the overall flow and impact of their essays, research papers, and other academic work.
