Faculty Writing Innovation Lab: Pre-Submission Editing Support In-Person / Online
This session offers personalized pre-submission editing support to refine and strengthen research or scholarly work before submitting for publication. Participants will learn key strategies for polishing, focusing on areas such as clarity, structure, and style. Participants will also receive practical tips for improving format, grammar, and punctuation to meet publication standards.
Lab sessions include two back-to-back 45-minute sessions that incorporate hands-on / instructional activities and writing sessions. The labs will begin with step-by-step overviews of the research process and conclude with holding accountability writing groups regarding the specific research steps.
