Writing Papers Within Your Field - Social Sciences In-Person
This workshop will assist undergraduate students in the process of writing papers within the social sciences. Participants will learn how to formulate a strong thesis, develop arguments, and support their claims with relevant evidence from academic sources. The session will focus on key writing techniques specific to social science disciplines, such as analyzing data, interpreting qualitative and quantitative findings, and engaging with theoretical frameworks. The workshop will also adhere to specific formatting styles used in the social sciences, like APA and Chicago.
