Thread for Equality
In honor of Human Rights Day, this event allows students to learn about the UDHR while creating personalized bracelets using color-coded beads representing different Human Rights. According to UDHR Article 26, everyone has the right to education. Educating students and celebrating the creation of the UDHR will help promote and maintain the peace of the UDHR.
Celebrate Human Rights Day with us through a hands-on activity that connects creativity and justice. Join us at Threads for Equality, where you’ll design your own bracelet using beads that each represent a different human right-education, equality and more.
This event is in Holocaust Education & Resource Center, NTLC 206
